Habits

There are 5 healthy habits that we have researched and selected as keystone habits… Every habit helps you mentally and physically… It’s up to you, which you select. We recommend starting with one per day. As developing a habit is not the easiest thing to do… It just has to be something you want to do daily…

We suggest, after knowing your habit category, start researching this habit category… Follow a video on youtube and just start practicing your new habit… then practice a seven second selfie while you are indulged, in your healthy habit…
